At Dermistry, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted. 

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

  • If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

Conditions for Eligibility

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof such as photos or videos of the product may be required for verification.

If the return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Change of mind or personal preference 

4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and the product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping or convenience charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), shipping charges will be borne by Dermistry.

  • In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable
